If you receive a severely damaged candy during shipping, please contact us through our website or at customerservice@ooodles.space. Please note that all other contacts may not be received. We will send you a free replacement immediately upon receiving your notification.
Also, please do not eat any candies that are leaking or have exploded, as they may have a fermented fruit flavor.
We make the candies in our home in Chino Hills, California (91709), and work with a third-party shipping company from Texas to ship them all over the country. These handmade candies are truly delicate and can easily crack during shipping. Especially during the holiday season over the past two months, USPS has been particularly rough.
Plz contact us to send you a replacement if you have Mandy candies damaged, we sincerely hope that everyone can enjoy their delicious taste. This is why we started this business, and we feel terrible if you are not satisfied.
